relaxing and luxury place all in all, has hard-working staff on the great customer service and attitude displayed by several employees. the location is easy, near all those beautiful gardens w peacocks cats turtles birds n more, you cannot beat it. the breakfast is marvellous, one of the best things.

This ideal hotel offered an easy location and well-maintained rooms. Booked a room with beautiful views, and the staff were best and qualified people on the great customer service and attitude displayed by several employees. The breakfast was marvellous and absolutely fantastic, the check in was early.

The hotel is relaxing and luxurious with helpful staff who provide great customer service. the large room had a comfy bed, central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe. the view was delightful and breakfast was amazing. the location is just off beautiful gardens with peacocks, cats, turtles, and birds. everything was outstanding. It will definitely be my next choice in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
